One shared instructor laptop / projector runs the class for all 24 participants. Instructors record attendance and participation. Only one selected student — the Student Demonstrator — uses the Form Mirror camera at a time. Form Mirror tracks exactly one person and records full-session observable-form measurements. Camera frames and landmarks are never uploaded or retained; only derived aggregate measurements are stored.
No rankings, leaderboards, medical claims, or named minors. Pseudonymous cohort labels only (Student A, B, …). "Observable form changed" is honest — "posture improved" would not be.
Retention posture: school-pilot student data is targeted for deletion or de-identification within 30 days after pilot end, or earlier on verified school request. Pseudonymous labels are used throughout.
